What the hell is k-pop?

Legacy remix
The irony is hard to miss. VIVIZ’s tour is titled _New Legacy_, yet their origin story dates all the way back to GFriend’s 2015 debut, making 2025 their symbolic ten-year return from hiatus. Technically, they only re-debuted as VIVIZ in 2022, so group-wise, they’re still toddlers. But hey, marketing loves a good retcon, and fans love milking anniversaries anyway.

The tour follows their first full-length album, _A Montage of ()_, released July 8. It’s a nine-track deep dive that includes solo spotlights and a few sonic curveballs. Naturally, the setlist is rumored to juggle those new solos with iconic group tracks like "Bop Bop!" and "Maniac." Turning a group concert into three personal stages is basically tradition now.

Expect Eunha’s "Milky Way," SinB’s "Hipnotic," and Umji’s "Love Language" to be delivered with the gravitas of interstellar transmissions, even if they’re still performing in theater-sized venues instead of stadiums.

Ticket feels
Tickets go on sale August 1 at 10 AM CST, just giving fans enough time to ration their savings between ramen and the inevitable emotional damage of spending. The tiered pricing is a buffet of heartbreak and hope. General Admission with Hi-Touch for $75, VIP for $125, VVIP for $150, and the "Everything" package for $250, which presumably includes soul reclamation services after you cry on stage.

Venues range from the acoustically tender Ted Mann Concert Hall in Minneapolis to the velvet-draped Los Angeles Theatre. Quaint, intimate spaces where every shriek, sob, and slightly off-pitch fanchant ricochets like it’s part of the setlist.

Each night promises something a little different. Umji even teased new sides to their personas, so fans better brace themselves for onstage plot twists between synchronized dance breaks and lighting cues.
