Miley Cyrus has once again jumped headfirst into the sparkling chaos of self-expression on the ever-changing carousel of music and reinvention. Her latest album release, Something Beautiful, promises depth, grandeur, and artistic flair, which in pop terms translates to "this one has a budget."
