Dayglow plans North American tour following debut album announcement
Dayglow, the indie pop powerhouse who's garnered multi-platinum success, is set to release his eagerly awaited debut album, DAYGLOW, this fall through Mercury Records. Sloan Struble, the artist behind Dayglow, describes this album as a new beginning.
Unlike his previous records, which felt more like mixtapes showcasing his growth, this self-titled album is poised to introduce Dayglow in its most authentic form—brimming with clarity and self-assurance. Struble aims for this release to encapsulate the essence of Dayglow, defining its look, sound, and feel.
The upcoming album from Struble showcases his many talents, as he did everything himself: writing, performing, recording, producing, and mixing in his Malibu home studio. To promote his debut album, Dayglow will headline a North American tour called Dayglow: The Tour.
Starting in September, Live Nation will present Dayglow's tour, featuring performances in top venues across the US, Canada, and Mexico. Highlights include shows at Nashville's Ryman Auditorium on September 22nd, and New York's Hammerstein Ballroom on October 11th. You can also catch his performance in Los Angeles's Hollywood Palladium on November 17th.
Enthusiastic fans in Austin, TX, have a special treat to look forward to. Dayglow will perform three hometown shows: Parish on November 21st, Scoot Inn on November 22nd, and the final gig at Stubb’s Waller Creek Amphitheater on November 23rd.
Dayglow has started an exciting new chapter in his music career with the release of his new single, "Every Little Thing I Say I Do." This catchy song, reminiscent of early 2010s indie music, comes with a homemade music video that Struble directed and edited himself. Critics from UPROXX and Ones To Watch have praised the track, which is climbing the Alternative Radio Chart, nearing the Top 30. Fans can also look forward to his next single, "Cocoon," set to release on July 21st
I think Dayglow has to be seen live to get the full picture. The vibe during the shows is so inviting and fun. People are either smiling or dancing, but it’s also common to do both. I think this tour is going to be the best yet by far. I feel healthy, happy, and ready to rock,” Struble said of the tour.
