Despite beginning around 9 p.m. instead of the scheduled 7 p.m., the evening maintained its energy as DJ Fresh entertained the audience before Usher and Chris Brown took the stage with "Party."</p><p>Over the next two and a half hours, the duo performed more than 50 songs. A combination of pyrotechnics, large video displays, multiple costume changes, dancers, a three-tier stage and Chris Brown&apos;s aerial wire routine turned the performance into a full-scale arena production.</p><p>Instead of squeezing together a rapid-fire collection of hits, both performers gave many of their best-known songs room to breathe.
